Toddler Time!

Here is Monkey showing off her mad skills with matching beads to the right pipe cleaner color.
Tiny man working on his green strand,
A few years ago I was introduced to a wonderful book- "Preschool Activities In a Bag". You can find it here on Christian book.com:
http://www.christianbook.com/Christian/Books/product?item_no=522100&kw=522100&en=froogle&p=1013824&cm_mmc=CBDfeeds-_-froogle-_-books-_-522100
There is also a book *2* out now! These wonderful activities are designed to keep preschoolers busy with edifying and educational activities that are actually captivating! The best part is most of these projects only cost a couple dollars to assemble! If you get a few MOPs together ( moms of preschoolers) you can d a swap! I love sharing cool things I've learned on my journey of motherhood! Yesterday was a yucky, rainy, cold day and this was the perfect thing to occupy my restless toddlers for a while.

I Will if *You Will!

Monkey teaching Tiny Man to hold his breath under water. I was very impressed. She would grab his hands and they would go under together! It was very, very sweet!

A Boost Of Color

On one of my old favorites. It's suttle, but it makes the picture really "pop". I just used my hue-saturation tool. This may be the one i put on my business card. hmmmm....

Have You Seen This One?

I found this cute little guy while going through my picture folders for my portfolio. I forgot about it. but I absolutely love it!

Look To Your Right.....

I have added a slide show of all my "best" photos I have taken. I have needed to put a portfolio together, so this is how I did it. I am still going through folders of pictures so if there is a picture you think I forgot about, pipe up and tell me. I'd be glad to add it!

Something New....

You are my first "public" to see my business idea. I've been thinking about putting scripture to my photographs for some time but just yesterday I decided to "take the plunge". Now, it's not an original idea and I don't expect to become "rich" off from it, but I think it is a worthwhile pursuit. Now here's where you as my public comes into play- I need your FEEDBACK. What do you think? Do you think there are people that will actually WANT to buy prints like these? Any critiquing? Please be honest ( in a nice way) with me. I welcome any and all feedback. thanks.

Sisters

I went to a baby shower today and these sisters were there. I think they had some magical power over me because I was drawn to them the whole time. :-)
They were just too cute to not photograph!

My Sassy Pants

Isn't she beautiful?

Third Day Concert

Seriously one of the best nights of my life. I did not use flash on any of these pictures but I was decently close. I really had to time the flashes of lights and even then I only got handful of decent shots. So I feel very blessed to even be able to share these. This band has a special place in my heart. If you even have a chance to go and see them in concert, I highly encourage you to do so. They will not disappoint!

Amy's Baby Shower : Part 2!

It took me a while, but here is the second half to Amy's baby Shower. This was a "Diaper Wreath" made by Pam. Isn't it darling? She's so crafty! It was stock full of cute little baby boy items too!
Bethany had us take some time and fill out cards with either advice or scripture for Amy. I really loved this idea as there was a lot of wisdom in this room. here is one Mom who's sharing some very good advice. She has 4 children, 2 are grown and 2 are still at home. They are awesome kids. I always listen when she speaks as she has done something right along the way to produce such children!
Here are some stunning women! All of which are pregnant! I think there's something in the water here :-)

She found the "poopy diaper". Lucky her. :-)
Prizes were given away for cuteness, she won out :-)
Nicole won the questionaire. She's choosing her gift very wisely.
And a cute little baby onesie. She will soon have the baby to fill it out! Amy, I wish you the best with everything. You are a wonderful Mommy! And Bethany: you did a fantastic job with the shower. The details were incredible, I can't imagine how much time you spent finishing all of them. You ARE the best party-giver I have ever met.If your love for your friends is measured by your effort, Amy is so blessed to have you!!! (And so am I for that matter!)
